Pull Tab Collection
Did you know that the little insignificant tab you pull to open your can of soda could make a significant impact on fundraising?
The aluminum can is valuable, but this small metal tab is like a gold nugget to the Ronald McDonald House! It is easily removed from the can, and is clean.
The Ronald McDonald House of Central Georgia has an on-going Pull Tab Program whereby individuals, groups or schools collect the pull tabs from aluminum cans and turn them in for recycling. We have a wonderful business relationship with Macon Iron and Paper Stock Company, which has agreed to be our scrap metal dealer and record all aluminum brought in by schools and groups, and to pay top dollar at month's end to our Ronald McDonald House!
Our goal for this program is to raise money for utility bills each months at the RMH. With a House as large as ours, we encourage assistance from everyone. Individually or through businesses, to pitch in and start collecting pull tabs! Collecting pull tabs is easy and fun!
